Gina, I’ve been using lavender oil at bedtime for several months now. I am sleeping more peacefully through the night and, upon awakening, feeing more rested, refreshed and ready for the day. I’m keeping rose oil in my purse and/or in a spritzer to apply during the day, which works great to cool off physically and emotionally. I thank you (and so do those close to me, whether they know it or not). It’s wonderful that such small things can make such a big difference. Blessings, Tricia
