4 Cleansing and Rejuvenating Drinks Recipes

It’s okay to mix water instead of ice in any of the drinks below. I’m not a huge fan of measuring so for these drinks add the ingredients and blend to taste.
  1. Iceberg & Green Lettuce, Cucumber, Orange, Apricot, Peach, Carrot, Ginger
  2. Celery, Spinach or other Leafy Greens, Apple or Pears, Carrot, Beet, Ginger
  3. Lettuce, Celery, Cucumber, Coconut Water, Mango, Pineapple, Ginger
  4. “Dilloade” Lemon, Lime, Agave Syrup, Water, Celery, Spinach, Cucumber, Parsley, Basil, Cilantro

    And I thought you had to have an expensive juicer to make a vege drink. It’s good to know this can be made in any cheap blender. Less time to prepare and less time cleaning up after. We have a lot of greens in our garden. This way, none will go to waste. These drinks taste great and are good for you. Thanks!
