Add all ingredients into a blender. A juicer is nice but not necessary. Blend 30 seconds or more for desired smoothie consistency. Add more POM juice if you like a thinner smoothie and prefer drinking it out of a straw. Makes 2-3 Servings

Gina, Your Triple Berry Smoothie is fabulous, especially with the delicious strawberries and blueberries in season now. And thanks for the info about beet powder. Who knew? I don’t really like to eat beets, so this seems like a good way to get the nutritional value (and the color is so beautiful). I learned to like spinach and seaweed by adding just a little to soups at first and it worked. I am passing your website info along to my friend in Maui who is regaining her health after a fight with cancer. So keep up the good work. How exciting that it’s going world wide. Blessings, Tricia
Tricia, I’m so glad you liked the video. Yes, beet powder is great! A Big Maui Wauwie Love & Thanks to you and your Hawaiian friends! Namaste, Gina
